Dolly Parton, born Jan. 19th, 1946 in Locust Ridge Tenn. to 12 children from a poor family kids who would grow in the same household, figured out very young how to overcome of difficulties through her vibrant and vibrant imagination. The songs she wrote were composed before she learned to read or write. In the year she turned 8, she got her first electric guitar and began to sing at an Knoxville Tenn Radio Station. Gold Band Records is a small label that is independent. As a student in high school She made her mark in the local community, yet she yearned for having a bigger stage. After graduating the high school in 1964, she immediately moved to Nashville. Dumb Blonde, Something Fishy and Dumb Blonde both charted on Monument Records in 1967. Around this time, Porter Wagoner was looking for a new girl singer for his syndicated television show. Parton was hired in the year 1966. She was signed to RCA Records in 1968, and then the Grand Ole Opry was founded in 1969. But she resigned from the show in 1974 when her solo songs like Joshua Coat of Many Colors and Jolene were out-charting their collaborations. Parton recorded I Will Always love You in honor of Wagoner after their breakup. It reached number one. #1 for the first time in 1974.
